Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Cintojon Company Ltd (RC 1055123), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Cintojon Company Ltd provides the following services:

• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) design services
• Engineering consultation and supervision
• Online MEP training programs
• Access to proprietary Web MEP Toolkit software

3. Design Services Terms

Project Scope: All design services will be provided based on agreed project scope, timelines, and deliverables as outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Revisions: Standard project fees include a reasonable number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered designs. Cintojon retains the right to use project examples in portfolio and marketing materials.

Professional Standards: All designs comply with applicable building codes and engineering standards at the time of delivery.

4. Training Program Terms

Access: Training program purchases include lifetime access to current course content, Web MEP Toolkit, and all future updates.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our training products and immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided after access has been granted.

License: Training materials and toolkit access are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is prohibited.

Certificate: Completion certificates are issued upon finishing all required course modules and assessments.

5. Web MEP Toolkit Terms

License Grant: Access to the Web MEP Toolkit is granted as a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the duration of your training enrollment or consulting engagement.

Restrictions: Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the toolkit. Commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Updates: We regularly update the toolkit with new features and improvements. Updates are included at no additional cost.

6. Payment Terms

Design Services: Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.

Training Programs: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. We accept payment via Paystack and other approved payment methods.

Late Payments: For design services, late payments may result in project delays and interest charges as outlined in project agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cintojon Company Ltd provides professional services to the best of our ability and in accordance with industry standards. However, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Changes to building codes or regulations after project completion
• Improper implementation or modification of designs by third parties
• System downtime or technical issues with online services

8. User Conduct

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in any activity that could harm our systems or other users

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client project information and will not share sensitive project details without explicit permission, except where required by law or with professional consultants necessary for project completion.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as outlined in individual project contracts. Termination does not relieve clients of payment obligations for work already completed.

11. Modifications to Terms

Cintojon Company Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
